Chris currently offers four plans.

2 Heart rate plans

$ 50*/ month Basic HR plan: includes detailed daily workouts** and use of the online
journal and work out manager.

$75*/ month HR plan: includes detailed daily workouts** and use of the online journal
and workout manager. It also will include participation in a weekly client only group
ride clinic, where Chris will be able to give to give one on one help to clients.

2 Wattage/ heart rate plans

$ 100*/ month basic Wattage & HR plan: includes detailed daily workouts** and use of
the online journal and work out manager. With weekly power file analyzing of daily
workouts.

$ 125*/ month basic Wattage & HR plan: includes detailed daily workouts** and use of
the online journal and work out manager. With weekly power file analyzing of daily
workouts. It also will include participation in a weekly client only group ride clinic,
where Chris will be able to give to give one on one help to clients.

Hourly consultations $ 35/ hr

* All plans are subject to a $ 60 one time setup fee which includes setting up initial HR
zones and/ or power zones.

** Progress will be monitored on a weekly basis but the coach will always be looking
for red flags.
